  Salam Alaikum – Last Friday June 9, 2017 we travelled to the Bloomington area from southern Illinois (St. Louis area) for our son to take part in the yearly state Special Olympics. Upon researching google we found Masjid Ibrahim in the neighborhood, where we attended Jumma prayers and then Ramadan Iftar in the evening. Extraordinarily friendly Imam and people around the masjid greeted us (both men and women sections). Everything was so organized, and respectfully coordinated. Very clean & simple environment and atmosphere. Really felt great and refreshing. Wish I could be more a part of this masjid on a regular basis. Especially thanks to the Imam who even parceled some food for us for suhoor the next morning. Really humbled and obliged by his hospitality and all the people in the masjid. Great job everyone! Inshallah will return in the future… Atif Khan...
